You will always lose a mix of fat, fluid and muscle Sounds like you're doing what you can to limit the muscle loss though. I wouldn't cut calories any further. The more you drop them the more you'll lose lean muscle.

I don't eat if I'm sick and don't have an appetite. It saves the calories for when I feel better and I'm ravenous.

I find not eating on the morning is the best for me. As soon as I start eating I want to keep eating. I have breakfast around 1-2pm.

I have rest days in between my run days. That doesn't mean I do nothing, I cycle or hike or go on a long walk.

My aunt had this surgery and she has to eat very small amounts throughout the day and night. She has drinks from her doctor that also help her get her calories and nutrition in. Wishing you good health, hers is a secondary from her kidney which was removed a few years ago.

One of my favourite pre run foods. Add a strong coffee or sugar free energy drink and I'm good for 10 miles.

I know it's off topic but I had an amazing fasolia bean soup in a Lebanese restaurant a few years back. I've made my own version of it ever since. Worth trying.

What does this mean? You are not creating muscle you are just retaining water to help repair your body.

That isn't Lebanese food. It's pizza and chips with loads of other proccessed food. Where are the veggies and grilled meats, fish and piles of fruits? That piddly amount of salad wouldn't feed me as a snack.

At that height your TDEE is going to be around 1950. I wouldn't go more than 250 calories under that to cut.

It would depend on too many factors to put a time on it. The temperature you worked out in, the temperature you've been in since, the salt content of your meals since. your hormones. Stick to the plan, it is designed to stop you getting injured. Cardio wise you'll feel like you can do more but your connective tissues and muscles need time to adapt.

This ^^ I'm currently cutting weight and there is no way I'd cut out the foods I love. Limit yes but don't go without. There really is no need to.

The only thing you did wrong was falling for a weight loss scam. Visit your dentist as it can really damage your tooth enamel. Reducing your calories below the amount you burn each day is the only way to lose weight.

You have to find out which macro nutrient fills you more. Fibre fills me, others find fat or protein offers them more satiety.

Why not have some fruit or some chocolate? Just save some calories for it.

It's my normal as I don't get in from work until around 6.30pm. I then run/walk/cycle for up to an hour then feed the dog before starting food for us. Look in the bag, do you see how many different sizes there are? It is impossible to do it by the number of wedges. 100g is not a lot.

Your body doesn't care if sugar is added or natural. It metabolises it the same way.

Has it been ovulation time and TOM? The water weight from that tends to mask fat loss.
