Must be different in Canada, in the UK I've never seen a brand of sausages that didn't say for grilled or prepared. No fat comes out at all when you cook them, there chicken breast so that is why they are lower calories.

It should just be 100% almonds. There wouldn't be a recipe.

I find eating breakfast makes me hungry. If I don't eat it then I don't get hungry until the afternoon. Saves all my calories for later in the day.

5 days is nothing, our bodies can hold on to water weight for months in the case of surgeries etc. You can't weigh twice a day and compare the numbers. Weigh the same time every day wearing nothing. The morning after using the bathroom is most accurate. If you do it later in the day you have added food weight and water…

It's only been since Sunday. chill. It can just be a high salt meal. What do you mean on Tuesday you were 185-187? Are you weighing multiple times a day and expecting the same result?

You're not logging every day. You could easily be wiping out your deficit those days combined with using the packaging instead of weighing.

It's just your body balancing your water weight. It needs less to process less food. Also if you have reduced carbs it sheds even more water weight. It will settle down. just keep sticking to your calorie goal.

Plateaus aren't really real. You just need to tighten up your logging. Motivation is internal. You just need to find it. Nobody needs any gym. You can go do Pilates at the beach. Cycle through the woods, canoe on a river. Do a Spartan run. Life is amazing, get out of the gym and live a little. Great for mental health also.

Why don't you log your food? I rarely log. Just if I'm losing weight when I don't want to or if I need to lose a couple of pound to get back to maintenance

I love music, have it on all the time. I can't help but dance to it. Even when chopping veggies or boiling the kettle. Pelvic floor squeezes whilst resting. Unless you eat offal I struggle to see how you can get all the nutrients your body needs.

I weigh daily. Nothing wrong with it if you understand how your body works. You should be looking at over all trends.

And I save around 150 calories week days to eat out or have a few drinks at a week end.

I don't eat until about 2pm most days as I'm naturally a night time eater. No problem doing it as long as you get your nutrition in each day.
