Dairy free diets can be as healthy or unhealthy as any other diet.

You're losing because you are consuming less calories than you burn. Nothing to do with less dairy.

You've lost ten pounds in four weeks. What do you mean you haven't lost weight? You don't lose every day. That is not how the human body works.
-
It's a pointless arbitrary number. I normally burn around 500 calories during my ten hour on my feet employment Currently due to surgery I am managing to walk around three miles each lunch time with the rest of the day being very sedentary due to tiredness and swelling. I burn around 100 calories over sedentary. Both of…

Ordered loads of cookies and cream and the salted caramel. They were out of stock so substituted with peanut butter. My son has peanut allergy so I had to send it all back :(

Fibre for me.

You can, all you need to do is eat less calories than you burn. For health reasons though any thing you can do is beneficial. Even just an extra 10 minutes walking each day or some chair exercises.

Is this the one that made someone *kitten* all over their partner in bed?
-
It is no impact really, I can see them being good for people with knee problems, even ankle breaks etc if signed off to weight bare. I'd never heard of one before. This does have the poles on but like you say that works the abs and I have a few more weeks before I can do that. So I'm just using the solid handle

I'd have no motivation to eat like that for one day let alone months. Why you doing that to yourself? You can eat yummy nice food within your calories. Why 1200 calories as well? Set it to lose 1 lb a week and enjoy your food again.
-
Why is that bad food? Sounds nice to me

This is the problem with keto, unless you're eating offal it's virtually impossible to get what your body needs. I'd stop and eat a balanced diet to your calorie goal.

Half price, thanks I'll stock up. I got the cookie cream one last time it was lovely.

What a lovely thread to read.

There is a general weight loss board. There's no need for any thing else. Why can you not eat at 2am? You can eat any time you like. You just need to eat less calories than you burn. As for people's photos most if not all of them worked their *kitten* arses off to look that way. It's not about you.

Erm just my running gear. I'm really big at the minute due to swelling from abdominal surgery. It can last up to four months. Can't wait to fit back in to my running gear. Work suits can wait ;)

What are the names of these toxins you are flushing from your body?
-
What are these other materials you need to detox? Sweat is not your inner fat kid crying.

Dehydration causes early ageing to skin. Why would you want to be dehydrated?

Sugar free soda/pop with a shot of vodka

They burn your cash really well.

I don't ever drink water unless it's during a long race and its the only option. I live on diet pop/soda and herbal teas Putting a tea bag in it or a touch of flavouring doesn't make all the water disappear from it or my food sources.
-
What time do you get up? How many hours are you sleeping? I sleep 7.5 hours each night and I'm never normally tired.
-
Start to work out smarter not longer. Running 30 minutes and weights 30 minutes should give you near enough the same calorie burn. Your weight loss will continue to slow to a crawl the closer you get to goal. You can't create the same calorie deficit.
-
Who's everyone? You are statistically more likely to injure yourself stretching cold muscles.
-
Even though my husband is very fit our goals don't match up. He needs nearly 4000 calories compared to my 1600. You have to stick to your own goals. You knew she wasn't madly in to fitness when you got together. You're just expecting her to change because you have and that's unfair.
-
You shouldn't stretch before. After I do downward dog and pigeon yoga stretches.
-
That's not how weight loss works. You don't need to jump start any thing, cleansing isn't a real thing. It was made up to sell people things. Just stick to your calorie goal and make sure you get adequate protein and fat. Pulses, beans, cottage cheese are some great vegetarian low cost protein.

How are you measuring your calories burned?

Leave your money at home. Be tougher with yourself.
