I used to coat with butter, Splenda, and cinnamon. They were amazing right before TOM when my appetite seems insatiable. I don't eat pork anymore, but I sure do miss the flavor!

I eat out a lot. I don't drink at home but when I'm out, I drink wine or vodka and club soda. Meals are pretty easy because I get a cheeseburger no bun extra lettuce hold the fries. Thank you all for the replies! Now I've read about a study (albeit with rats) that shows sucralose kills good gut bacteria leading to insulin issues. Sigh. I love my coffee with 2 Splenda and HWC. I find Stevia is too bitter. So I'm going back to black. I'll try reintroducing HWC without sweetener after awhile.
