I watch both but I'm LC not keto. I keep Uber 100 total carbs a day and my caloric goal is 1405. I'm 47' female 5'3 and 148.5. I usually fast 18:6 or 20:4 with an occasional 23:1. Those 23:1 days are the lowest calorie days be the longer I fast, the less hungry I am.

Daily. 18:6 with an occasional 23:1 or 22:2 about once or twice a week. Nothing but black coffee or water until I break the fast then I try to get my full calories in (1200-1400) but that's hard on the 23:1 days.

I use them maybe once a well. Handy for work. Add HWC to increase fat and satiety if i won't eat again for a while.

Me too! When my work friends ask how I don't get hangry from fasting, I explain I only get hangry if I have breakfast. I'm convinced it's insulin resistance. I hope you make it ok! :)

I don't drink BPC. I drink 2 cups black coffee before work Then a black iced coffee during my lunch break (10:30!!) Then I will break my fast somewhere between 16-23 hours after I finished dinner the previous night depending on hunger. I try to finish by 7pm but usually finish by 8pm. Like @andysport, I feel like my main motivation is more superficial. I want to look healthy and fit when naked or near naked. :wink: My mom died of Alzheimer's complications and my uncle has Alzheimer's now. I want to prevent it. Keto and reduced insulin may help and I'm pretty sure I'm insulin resistant.
