Personally I find Fasting to bacically be an eating disorder, I ate 500 a day during my eating disorder and no more and I became extremely sick, why you would do that to yourself is beyond me...

5'0- 90-95 ish is where I am naturally, I can't really seem to gain anymore

I'm pretty small (5'0-95 lbs)and sedentary, I usually eat to maintain as I don't want to lose any weight from where I'm at or I will look scary, I eat 1800 ish calories

Same, except I eat, beans and nuts a lot for my protein. Also I follow an 80/10/10 rule and eat fresh fruit and veggies everyday. Sometimes I don't eat beans or nuts, mostly bread,fruit and veggies and I still get enough protein because I am fairly small

It works out in the end I gained 20 pounds and then lost ten just eating normally. Just eat the food it will heal your body

That's the thing I'm not eating enough I eat as much as I can when I am hungry but for about a week I have been only eating about 1000-1200 calories sometimes less. And I'm physically not hungry

My hips look bigger because my bone structue was the same so my hips are the same in both pic and my waist is nipped in because I literally had nothing in my stomach It's not my body comp I didn't do any exercise
