I'm 4' 11" and pretty small

One day I decided I wasn't small enough so I looked to what society taught me dieting that dieting lead to an eating disorder I'll let the picture say the rest

Don't be afraid of calories

It is possible to recover. I am 5'9" and got down to 125 about 10 years ago. (technically that's supposed to be the lowest healthy weight for my height) I looked worse than your 79 pound picture and my hair was falling out. I got up to 145 a couple years later. Just make sure you maintain your healthy weight. I now have to lose weight . .again . . .
