  • Breastfeeding varies from 200-500 calories on average. These are negative calories logged as cardio as suggested by admin. ;)) I'm thinkin I need to adjust the negative calories. My baby will get adequate milk.. everyone is different though. So it really is a puzzle. Lol.

  • Lol. As in I log breastfeeding as an excersize I try to over guess on my food. I suppose accuracy would help tremendously. ;) I'll try using measurements. Lol.
  • My daughter nurses mostly. She does drink 4-8 oz of formula a day. Not muxh to make a difference. She's 4 months old. Nurses quite a bit. My Dr did say hormones still play a huge part. I can definitely tell I do retain water for sure. Thank you for the advice.
