Usually these same people are trying to sell BS multi-level marketing "supplements". "Counting calories doesn't work!!!1! Buy my snake oil."

It's saying that based on your settings. You can change it.

My kids are my motivation. I don't want to let them down. I want them to have a healthy Mom and grow up to make healthy choices themselves. So I put a big 8x10 photo of them on my refrigerator. You need to think of a way to remind yourself why you want to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle, so you can reflect on that…

I stopped an emotional binge before it totally wrecked my intake total for the day. It sucks, but tomorrow is a new day and I was able to see what I was doing and stop.

The good thing is that you don't need energy to eat fewer calories. Worry about energy to exercise later, focus on diet now. Have you gotten a food scale and worked out your TDEE?
-
Get a food scale. Use grams more often than not. Using Google to find the USDA nutritional info is helpful, too (since mfp database entries are often wrong).

I only use the package to figure out the calories per gram math. I had one stall that really sealed the deal for weighing packaged foods. I was eating these protein bars my husband bought. 290 cal/30 protein, great for breakfast when I'm busy. I was tracking everything but wasn't losing. It was the newest thing in my diet…

I'm a bit over halfway through a 125lb planned minimum loss. I love new friends!

This depends on you and your body composition. Some people are built with larger busts and behinds, even at a proper BMI. I've personally lost 85lbs and I still have a large bust, which I've had since I was 12. The way (area and proportions) your body stores fat is genetic and losing weight won't change that.

Silk makes (15cal per 15ml) almond milk based creamers that are Caramel and Hazelnut flavored.

Are you eating under your TDEE? Are you using a scale to measure your foods? Also, a new exercise routine can cause water retention in muscles. This is expected and will go away.

I either save my kid's leftovers for later (kids are always hungry, it seems) or toss it. It's wasted in the trash and it's wasted in my stomach because I didn't need the calories. I'd rather uneaten food be in the trash. I've said to myself "I'm not a garbage disposal!" more than a few times while breaking this habit. If…

And I'm not talking about OP, I'm addressing a sweeping generalization that is wrong.

I'm about 2/3rds way to my first goal weight. I'm on everyday!
-
This is not true. Not everyone needs the same caloric intake. Short inactive women often need to eat 1200 or less to lose.

You have to recalibrate MyFitnessPal yourself. Yes, as you lose weight your allowance will reduce.

Will you use Stevia? Greek yogurt (unflavored) + chocolate PB2 + Stevia is pretty good. Reminds me of peanut butter cups.

I ignore it, and I actually unlinked them. Wrist based trackers aren't accurate enough to depend on for eating back exercise calories when you want a deficit, in my opinion. I use my Fitbit as an estimation of what I burned, not a guide for how much I can eat. I end up losing consistently this way.
-
Screw what other people think. Using a scale isn't rude. People pick their damn noses at the table, you are not doing anything wrong. "Being ashamed?" GTFO. Ridiculous. "Smug?" You're just looking for crap to judge people for. Do you, OP. *You* are the one who lives in your body, not anyone here.

It's a MLM scam. The wrap has no scientific evidence (and the way it "works" isn't even logical.) The company knows it's selling crap, the "distributors" are the customers in reality. I mean, the new protein powder is literally called "profit". A capital F in the middle doesn't make it a different word, despite their…
