No, the calorie count only tracks calories. Thats the only data that is taken into account.

Wear polish as much as possible. Even if it's base coat/top coat. It blocks out the water. I paint the under side with quick dry polish too to really seal it. You can safely lose the weight in less than 1.5 yrs by managing your diet differently. Do you own a food scale? It's a lot cheaper than a gym membership and you only have to buy it once.

A million times better. And now I'm quite miserable when I eat crappy food. I used to eat a lot of junk and little produce. The first few weeks were hard on my gut due to fiber increase. Make sure to drink enough water.

Enough with this "metabolism damage" crap! It's rare, caused by extreme crash diets and not something 99.999% people in existence will ever have to worry about. AND 1200 is a ballpark recommendation for a minimum. This is not a solid number and short women can safely eat under or at it. TDEE calculators are your friend.

You should expect to have caffeine withdrawal if you were consuming caffeinated soda. Caffeinated tea or even caffeine tablets can help with the headaches.

Ditto all that!^^^ Loss may be rapid in the beginning, this is expected. It will even out. Don't be discouraged when this happens. Water weight is always lost quickly.

And what data is that entry based on? Randomly picking stuff is not a good idea.

Do you have any heart rate data? If you do you can just enter your time and estimated cal burn by creating your own entry. I enter bodyweight exercises like squats/lunges as strength.

Go for a walk. Grab a coloring book (some really neat adult ones exist!). Take a bubble bath. Paint your nails. I try to do anything but sit and think about the stress.

Depends on what rate you want to lose, what goal you enter affects your suggested deficit. When you have 50+ lbs to lose you can do a 500-700/day deficit for longer in the beginning. Then as you get closer to goal, readjust the settings and get a new more appropriate deficit.
