  • i am in !! im 18 and my weight keeps going up and down and i want to keep on target at a good healthy weight so the next goal is to lose 8lbs by Halloween as have two party and a ball and would like to go as something scary but also look great doing it ! (starting tomorrow)
  • tonight i had a hm vegetable curry with a hard boiled egg lots of food for just 550 calories
  • hiya i've been on here for 9 days and lost 3lbs :) got 15 to go! yer it is a marathon not a sprint i think that's where i went wrong in the past with my weight always going you and down hope this is a new lifestyle not a diet :smiley:

  • if you feel like and if you don't have much weight to lose just exercise 2 days a week for 30 minutes and on one of the days treat yourself to what u like to do or eat. working towards yourself is not just your weight. Hope u work it out and lose what you need to lose!
  • it is just over training i know you want to push yourself and same here but maybe check you have good trainers and instead of doing 6 days running do three and three days swimming this helps your knee to heal and give u a good body shape but still pushing yourself. Hope it gets better though!
  • had a bad week last week ate everything i wanted including chocolate and a full bottle of sugary appleade but happy as i ran twice and only put on 1lbs so this week will be different. >:)
