I think you are right if I push through I can do it. I am a major stress/emotional eater and I have had a very rough year personally which ended up in my putting on 10 pounds. I put in .5 pound a week and my calories are 1600. I would ideally like to lose 20 pounds but would be happy with a starting goal of 10.

I find once I start logging I almost get obsessive about food. When I can eat next. How many calories. And am always starving.

I try to only grab 5 or 6 almonds any time I eat them and pair them with a yogurt. I'll have to look up some low calorie snacks and try and track my intake more.

I've been eating better for 2 1/2 weeks I haven't tracked anything before or after. I've gained the 7 pounds in that 2 1/2 weeks. I'm not sure I could be ovulating I've recently suffered a loss so my cycle is messed up. I've been trying to cut on carbs grab fruit, veg, yogurt, almonds something else instead.
