Today was the first time in my entire life that I could do a pull-up. I've always been way too weak to even do one, and today I did three.

Hi! I am breastfeeding. I don't log the breastfeeding as extra calories. I eat around 1800 a day and have been consistently losing about half pound a week now. Any less calories and I notice my milk supply decreases a bit. Just fiddle around with your numbers until you find a sweet spot!

I am 5'3 and actually just hit my goal weight today of 115. I had my second baby in November. Now I need to really work on building some muscle tone. I'm still pretty squishy in my tummy area.

I think the same thing. I personally feel like I'm starving all the time if I have less than 1400 a day.

You definitely shouldn't be dieting or restricting calories while pregnant. That being said, you really don't have to eat a ton more or binge eat either. Just eat healthy, balanced meals and continue to do light workouts if that's what your body is used to.

I have a 5 month old who is EBF. MFP Is set to 1450 but if I'm still hungry I will have a healthy snack since I'm breastfeeding. Hasn't seemed to hurt my supply.

I loooooove beer! It's my downfall of losing weight. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we have tons of locally brewed delicious beer and I love it.
