Is anyone else going through the mindf*ck of; Lose weight, clothes get too big, feel schlubby in baggy clothes, buy new clothes, clothes fit great, feel fat again? It's kind of amazing how my mind cannot fathom the smaller size and when the clothes are snug, I just feel so...bloated.

I finally whooshed to my second mini goal of 220!! After a weekend of hanging out on the river and not really policing myself but being the most conscious I've ever been about my activity level/food intake and I did it! Sometimes I really think a relaxing few days is the key to my whooshes.

Plateaus are the worst! I lost my first 30lbs from January - April (260 to 230), dropped to 227 and then went up to 232, then I hung out at 230 for a MONTH. Even though I'm up a pound (holiday? water weight? salt? who knows?) today I saw one of our field service techs this morning at work and he said, "Man, everyone is losing weight!" He's one of the first people to notice, and it felt awesome!

Thanks!! Granted, I haven't worked out as hard as I normally do because of life stuff in May, so I'm hoping that redoubling on my exercise, adding more protein and hydrating/sleeping more, I can kick back into gear! It's good to hear other people dump that plateau, too. Seriously encouraging!
