  • Thanks :-) I like the idea of using other fruits to infuse the water. I had read that lemon water has lots of vitamins and aids digestion and weight loss.
  • I've just started the Beginners Shred, I'm on day 4 of the first workout :-) I love Jillian Michaels, she's awesome! Finding it more challenging than I expected, my arms feel like they're going to fall off by the end of the workout!

I exercise in some form everyday (even if it is just walking my dog!) so if I aim for around 1700 (which is eating back some of my exercise calories) I should be about right?   • You need to focus on your own personal reasons why you want to lose weight and be very specific. Try and visualise clearly what it would be like to reach your goals. Then keep those very specific reasons and visualisations in your mind next time you reach for the junk food or don't feel like exercising :-)
