In short: They can't, lol.

I'm Stephen, 26, from New York. Lost a little under 80 lbs so far on my way to my goal of 93 lbs. I've been fat since my late teens and finally decided to do something about it three years ago. Ta-da! I'm a triple minority, and laugh at myself over it all the time. Disabled, gay, and black. Its a tough life [sarcasm…

Went back and checked how much I ate during Thanksgiving last year: 3,483.
-
I'd have to run 11 miles to burn off Thanksgiving dinner. Doable, buuuuuut I'm probably not going to lol.

Way too easy. A slice (or two) of pie topped with ice cream is over 500 calories for sure. Plus, the macaroni and cheese is going to be another 400-500, so that's 1000-1100 right there. Then add in turkey, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, dinner rolls, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes... lawd. Yup. 3,000 is well…

Because I don't need someone's unsolicited advice on what I'm eating. But then again its open, and I politely thank them for their advice but continue to go my own way.
-
Are you measuring your food on a scale?
-
Yup, all of them. I earned them, I'm not going to let them sit there.
-
That's probably not correct. I'm a 5'0" male in a wheelchair (AKA completely sedentary) and I can eat around 1750 to lose.
-
Your UP adds or subtracts calories based upon your activity - if you're not active enough it takes away calories to account for that. If you're more active than usual than it rewards you with more. In other words; be more active.

Ate 900 calories in Reese's before noon. No regrets.

Halloween for the candy, Thanksgiving for the food, Christmas for the gift giving! Also Black Friday because that's when I score all the stuff I wouldn't buy at regular price. Like my TV, I wasn't about to pay $700 for it, but $200? Yup!

Weigh bi-weekly, measure never. Just going off how I look, rather than how much I weigh or how thin my body parts are.
-
Pre-packaged food is inaccurate. It also has to be weighed and measured. I'm finding it much easier to track home made meals from raw ingredients.

Anything with 0 calories.

Every Friday. Usually 800-1,000 over maintenance.

I'm unable to keep a running tally of how many calories I'm eating in my head, so the app is essential and necessary for that. Not to mention its fairly easy. I've tried "going it alone" before and it never worked out. I always ended up eating more overall and gaining. So I'm going to be using the app for as long as its…

5'0" and goal is 115-125. Currently 131.

What kind of fish is it?
-
One ounce is 28 grams. Easy enough.
-
Two eggs, scrambled, with pepper jack cheese, slice of Ezekiel bread with strawberry preserve, and two slices of bacon.
-
KIND bar.
-
New York, of course.

14% looks like what I envision myself at my "ideal." So I'll go with that. I look like 20% right now. Bleh!

139.3. Or, +2.3.

Weight. NEVER volume.

Pre-school.

I eat 1550 cals, and have four cheat days a month where I probably eat anywhere from 4,000-5,000 calories, and I'm down 70 lbs and still losing, and I just lift 4 days a week. Just sayin'
-
This happens to me when I take a long hiatus from lifting and then go back to it... the next day or two I get a bad sore throat and feel pretty crappy for the next couple days. I've never understood WHY this happens... but it happens *every* time I take a break and go back to it.
