Best for last, but not because I'm a "fat eater." I don't overload my plate... I'll eat everything off it because I put just enough there to be satisfied, AKA skinny eater.

Yes, subtract the calories you would have burned just living from it.
-
Wow, uh most of it (read: all) doesn't seem good AT ALL.
-
Probably would be better suited in the off-topic forum, not "Motivation and Support." ;)

I thought perhaps those were exercises I added myself, but they're not in my lists of exercises I've ever logged. I don't even log my exercise... or own an HRM. So weird!

I just searched for "squats" in cardio and it was most certainly there.

Paid approx. $8.60/gal. for gas recently. Suck on that, North America.

And you're gonna keep quitting if you keep starving yourself like that. What are you eating so little for?
-
Keep the BodyBugg because its the best device on the market, and work on getting over your insecurities instead.

Umm.... GROSS.

Oh absolutely, when you come from the city that has the gold standard in pizza, everything else is just a let down. But German pizza is just a special kind of letdown. I don't know... I just can't get into it. It's just... no. >_<| First time I dined on German pizza I was with my Australian buddy. He, too, thought the…

Eating 650 calorie muffins everyday on a 1430 calorie budget is pretty damn wild.
-
I'm totally with you on the German pizza. What the hell is that crap? LOL.
-
80g of the stuff is over 200 calories. That's some calorie dense ****.
-
You're eating the bare minimum, and then exercising 200 calories off, so you're only taking in 1000. You should eat more, and eat your exercise calories back.

There seems to be an echo in here. Lift heavy weights.

Lived on Long Island my entire life until I moved to Germany last year.

It's always how much you eat. You can eat 1,500 calories in donuts and still lose weight. Just like you could eat 3,000 calories in broccoli and gain weight.
-
So you didn't take body measurements. Your body measurements can change without a drop in weight, but since you are not measuring your body its not possible to tell if that is what is happening. You should measure yourself and keep doing what you're doing and re-check in a month.
-
Did you take photos or body measurements before you started two months ago?
-
Just to be clear here, you are using a food scale to weigh all of your food, correct?
-
There's your answer.
-
Next time I eat a slice, I'm dropping that sucker on the scale!
-
Holy crap. I literally weigh everything but I've never weighed a slice of pizza before. I think I'm gonna start doing it just for curiosity sake. And accuracy, too.

My in-laws are the best family a person could have, seriously. I love them all. My immediate family, I'm close with my sister, not so much my brother or dad, but definitely my mom. Extended family? Not at all. I could live without seeing them.
