Personally I'm starting out pretty slow, I've been eating less then usual and in most cases healthier with the occasional Friday Fish Fry and left overs from it. I've added work outs to my daily activity as well even if they're small workouts or walks, it's more then I use too; However I did read on another post that you…

Hahaha! like I've said I mastered that and it isn't an issue aiming, It's practically a work out while I pee. I don't know why men have such an issue sometimes! seems like it should be easier for them! I've asked for a "She-Wee" For the times I ever have to use a public bathroom skin barrier or not I just can't do it.

I work on the bottom floor but it's only a 2 story building I guess any amount of stairs I use is better then none! Due to where I work we're not…

I've been looking for things my small family agrees on, we constantly have friends stopping by, (even when we're kinda busy they'll stop in lol) and I like to make sure they never leave on an empty stomach (Italian family tradition) I've been going through all my P.T Training I did…

Thanks! I'm still trying to understand the whole intake of Carbs Vs. Calories haha, I'm definitely a noob when it comes to this sort of thing! I've been reading lots of diaries trying to see what every one else is doing but I haven't been able to find a ton of 1200 calorie dieters
