I eat lunch meat all the time! If you get ham make sure to get smoked instead of honey (less sugar)

I drink a lot of diet pop. It seems to help my sweet tooth, which is good. I also use Splenda and liquid stevia, but I’m trying to stay away from Splenda since I learned it has carbs!

I agree with @KnitOrMiss...just keep doing what you're doing! If you want to experiment with keto levels, try it for a month or so to make sure you're really in ketosis (I've heard it takes a while for the body to adjust) and see if you're dropping more weight than before. I lost my first 40 pounds without logging. I'd just keep a rough number in my head of how many whole carbs I ate. Eventually I decided to start logging my food to feel more in control. I also don't worry too much about getting my fat in. I do have some fat bombs in my freezer but those are just to satisfy my sweet tooth on…

Up to you! I lost my first 40 lbs or so with just loosely counting carbs in my head. Eventually I started counting calories, helps me feel more in control. I don't see myself counting calories forever but for now it works for me. I also recommend purchasing a good scale, makes a huge difference!
