Overnight oats. Can have pretty much as many calories as you want.

Baby food is really bland. If you can add some spices then...eh...why would you want to?

There is nothing wrong with GMO. Or sugar.

Breakfast or lunch ideas: Greek Yoghurt/over night oats/chia seed pudding etc. with nuts and berries protein shake (hey, sometimes you're just loking to get some calories) Barley in salad is awesome.

I think this might be the study: http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/101/5/897.full But I am not paying $25 to find out. EDIT: On second look, it might not be it. This is confusing.

The best part here is that what they really are saying is eat less calories. Just do it our way, not by counting calories like you are a peasant or something equally as foul. They keep refereing to 'people eating this...' without giving us any idea of which people it is. There is no link to the study, so we can't verify…

I have breakfast 2 times. First at 6 am before I go to work, greek yoghurt with cherries and nuts. And then again at 9 am I have a protein shake at work.
-
I usually go for crackers and tomato soup. And ice cream makes your vomit taste nicer.

@jessica22222 Like I said, it's a bit hit and miss. It depends in parts on where the pockets are placed and some on how they are cut. All I know is that low rise jeans makes me look like my *kitten* is trying to escape, and "normal" waist makes me look like I don't know my size and just bought the first one I saw.
-
@azulvioleta6 They are pretty strange, but when H&M fits? It really fits, and it's not expensive.
-
@jessica22222 I have much the same problem, and for me the solution have been jeans with high waist. Those are hit and miss as well, but generally I find more that fits me then not.

I like having them for breakfast, you make them pretty much like you would over night oats. Just a little warning: they are high in fiber so you should drink a lot of water. If I eat more then a tablespoon of it a day I get constipated like crazy.

When the tube top inches so far down you might as well call it a skirt.

Not just fruits. Strawberries, Raspberries, Cantaloupe, Blueberries, and Papaya are all nutrient dense.

I got two pair of pants a little while ago from H&M. Tried one on, then thought because the cut was so similar, it was basically the same pants in a different colour, that I didn't need to try on the second pair. Big mistake, because the second one was too small, couldn't even come close to zipping it up.

Take a look at what you eat. Find foods that keep you full for longer. For me changing my breakfast to oatmeal with fruit and nuts, yoghurt with berries for lunch and chicken/fish with veggies and barley for dinner is what keeps me full for longer. And when I add a little sorbet for dessert it makes it easier to avoid…

For the micros I don't really bother to keep track through mfp, mostly because for a wast majority of the things I eat there is no micro nutrients registered so it looks really low. I mean, I had chicken liver and finding something that had iron in the nutrition information was a nightmare. So in the end I opt for a…

Cheese.

Depends if I'm hungry or not.

I had a cheat day yesterday, but it was a national holiday, and it wasn't more then 3500 calories, so not insane eat until you burst day. My next planned cheat day isn't for another 5 months.
-
That is such a brilliant way to see changes!

Personally, a protein shake works for me. I have it for breakfast sometimes. But I usually have it with a piece of fruit or veggies since I like having something to chew on. But it all depends on what works for you.
-
So have I. It happens sometimes. Tomorrow is a new day.
-
I log fruit, but I don't track sugar intake. I just track for the calories.
-
That is awesome!
-
Oh...I usually walk around 10,000 steps at work and when I walk home from work that is another 5000 steps. So I should probably not be at sedentary.
-
I don't. I'm more of a drink when you're thirsty kind of gal.
-
I've switched from cookies to frozen melon. It's working so far. Gives me something sweet, but not that many calories.

Yeah, and I didn't think I should have to mention in the post that the groom is celiac, just that you know what they wanted and that I was lost in how to provide it.
