  • Thanks! I get so nervous that one bad day will turn into 2, then 20, and I'll fall off the wagon. I think eating high fiber foods on hard days and treats on the easy days will help. I just need to do it even when I'm hangry and just want to shove whatever in my mouth.

  • Artificial sweeteners alter the flora in your gut in a bad way, and cause you to crave sweets, but CICO I guess (except it may also cause metabolic disease). Lots of the studies are with rats, not people though, so it might be early to say for sure.
