  • Hello from Vermont. I am new to MFP . I was able to lose 17lbs in 6 weeks with diet and exercise. I lost ground this past week due to Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot. Goals for June Eat more fruits and veg. Continue 10 cups water a day Find exercises which help my foot. Start to lose weight again. Stay positive. Mary Ann
