Congratulations!!! I am so proud of you!! I am only 35 pounds down and now I've plateaued so I need to start working out. I just feel like I give up way too easily. I live in Silver Spring so I don't know how close that is to you but I'd love to be support buddies if you like!

Hey! Did you find a partner? I'm only in the white marsh area on saturday and sunday but I am game to get together and go walking, hiking or something active if you like! :smile: I've been taking my dog to the gunpowder trails off rt7 and just walking as much as possible. Add me on here. :smiley:
