Hello everyone I made it a full week feel great the trainer helped me out a lot . Today was my last session with him i will most likely go back to him in a few weeks . He will check on my improvements. Thank you all for all the great information and advice.

So have had two work outs with the trainer . Very good knowledge able guy . Has helped me a lot with just little things . Getting me on the right track so I can stick to it. Thanks to all for the help and advice.

At this point in my life I think I could do near every other day before I come home from work . I also think I am flabby. I would like to make myself less flabby .

I didn’t push myself on my first day and I don’t see myself really pushing myself hard for the first few weeks . Been reading that it was a good starting point.

Tonight was my first night at the gym . Was my first night of 5x5 . I think it went well . We will see how I feel tomorrow 😳

Springlering62 you are so right about making it work for you . That’s been my drive to keep me super busy and not thinking about things . Been riding my bike and walking everyday for the last two months . Thank you for the kind words .

I eat like 2,200 calories a day walk 2 miles everyday at lunch . On the weekends I try an walk a little more . I eat a lot I never really feel hungry I have to say .
