  • Thanks. I think it might just have been a shock to my system. I had an apple just a little bit ago and it tasted way better than my dinner and stayed in place! I'm going to leave dinner in my log cause I know I didn't lose all the calories, if many at all.
  • Thanks everyone. If anything, my calories logged are over what I actually ate, and I am not eating back any of my exercise calories. I guess I have to assume it is just water weight and keep at it.
