My Apple Watch says on average I’m burning between 2000-2200 calories a day when I check the Activity app. Is Apple Watch accurate? I don’t think I’d be burning that much because if I was I’d be losing more weight a lot faster surely at only having 1100-1300 calories a day. I honestly thought I wouldn’t be burning many…

At the moment my body fat is about 24.5% according to Fitbit Aria scales. It was 30% in April before the weight loss. So when this drops to 20% or below I’ll see how my body looks and I should hopefully have my waist and stomach flatter and leaner.

I dunno why but I keep thinking I'm not really burning 2000 calories a day like my Fitbit hr is saying at the end of each day. I feel like I'm burning less because of my sedentary lifestyle and only moving around mostly at work. That's why I'm eating 800-1100 calories a day on average. To be honest I feel perfectly fine…

So why is starvation mode a myth? My friends gym instructor said to binge eat after 3-4 weeks for a day to get your body's metabolism moving again and kickstart it.
