Thanks for the input well I am loosing about two lbs a week without the workout and my deficit will remain the same when I workout so I'm hoping I will see some awesome results I do plan on adding a protein shake for post workout

Yea that's what I've been doing a caloric deficit with the myfitnesspal app I always stay under the amount it tells me to eat by atleast 500 I have lost some weight already.... I was just making sure they were okay choices and is it okay to have that shake as a meal
