Hey Mapalicious, I actually do intermittent fasting, so I have 2 x 500-600 calorie days a week. That sure mixes stuff up! I have been tracking my body fat, and it has changed slightly... I am hoping I'll see a drop soon. :smiley: My body is very efficient...
