Last day of our kick off. Pushed hard with my cardio this weekend and stayed under 1200 cal per day. Hoping for a drop on the scale tomorrow. Only went down 0.8 lbs this past week.

Good morning everyone! Happy Friday. :-) I'm happy to say these 3 weeks have produced the results I was hoping for - through lots of hard work, discipline and self control... Looking forward to hitting my goal within the next 6 weeks!

Thanks for sharing. Yes, we are all human, and we are all here because this is not easy for us... I'm at the weight right now that for the past few years I think "this is good enough! I don't want to restrict myself so much any more" I then start eating too much again... And regain all the weight! I don't want to do that…

Had my first real temptation of the year... Being Tuesday, I am starving! Finished all my lunch and snacks I brought with me to work, and someone brings in really awesome looking oatmeal raisin cookies...

I was really happy with my weight yesterday morning, and tried to stick to my usual budget of 1200 calories.... But, My family had our awesome home made pizza last night and this pushed me up to 1400 (even with only 1oz of cheese! Who knew the crust has so many calories!) I'm happy to say my weight is the same today! Yay!…

It definitely was not! But I had to get it in before Sunday, and I did not feel like adding onto my regular 79-90 minute workout another day...

Another fast day done. 500 Calories in and 473 Burned! Can't wait to have breakfast in the morning... Challenge for tomorrow - my husband is out of town so I promised the kids I'd take them out to dinner.... Already logged what I want to eat. Just have to fit a healthy lunch into my day. Just got in an evening walk and took the whole family through my stretches. Done for today. :-)

So, according to my scale since Jan 1st I have lost 6.34 lbs of fat and gained 1.54 Lbs of muscle! I'll take those results!

Tuesdays are my worst day of the week... For some reason I am up at 4am every Tuesday, and just starving all day! Pretty sure my Monday Fast day is the reason.... Still on budget for the day, but can't wait until I get to have dinner!

Got my workout in early today. Pushed myself on the Elliptical - 1 level higher than my norm. Thank you Game of Thrones Challenge! Also did my leg weights and stretching... Went on to do my grocery shopping for the week, clean the house and do laundry. Also just gave my 2 sons, daughter and husband haircuts. Now…

Yesterday was fine. Took a rest day, and completed my 2nd weekly fast day. So far today I have completed my 30 min. Upper body weight training, and 45 min. Cardio. Will try get in another workout later. Today I'm down 3.4 lbs, but will wait until Monday to update my weight.... Let's get through the weekend.

Weighed in today and down another 1 lb. So that's 2.2 since Jan 1st! Happy with these results so far. I am taking today as my day off from working out (I have been going hard for 7 days in a row!) It's my fast day today, so I am not worried about calories... (I do 5:2) I'm still going to try get to my 10,000 steps! Good…

Happy Day 4 Everyone. Lets Kill it! Got in my main workout already. Cardio and full body weight training. Logged all my food for the day except for dinner. Now I know how many calories I have to plan with. :smile: It will be fish for dinner again tonight!
