thanks, am not really asking for motivation am asking for how i will feel mentally and how much water i will retain and how fast that will come off. i dont really need motivation. i need facts / experience... do you still think am posting in wrong section?

hey am on the same boat, seems like maintaining is way more difficult than loosing... i constantly overeat since i hit my gw ( bmi 19) and i already gained 2 pounds in september but this month has been messy with food too... and now i started to carb overloading....ughhh. how are you coping now? need motivation buddy?

Yes I did lol-:) I am perfectly fine, just wanted to see how I look like with a bit less, trust me to gain back 4 pounds won't be an issue-:)
