I have a hard time getting up early in the morning as well. I eat instant oatmeal for breakfast. I don't like to prep food either, but I agree it is what keeps me on track. I found bagged salads at Publix that come with toppings and dressing. I am going to try one for lunch today.

Today is my third day. I am motivated now but I lost weight and gained it all back before so it is tough to believe that I can do it all again an then keep it off this time! I'm just glad to be ready to try again. Hearing your successes keeps me going. Great job everyone!

I am starting today! I would like to lose 100 pounds but that is daunting to think about all at once! I am just going to focus on today. 43 pounds is almost halfway there! Awesome! How are you doing it?
