I went from an 18 to a 12 in 5 months. Had to lose 45 lbs to get there...losing that month in that amount of time is highly unhealthy and you will gain it back before you can blink your eyes. Slow n steady wins the race hun. I'm sure you'll look great no matter what size dress you wear!

I have it set to 1.5 pounds a week...I feel like if I increase my calories more that I won't lose anymore weight...I'll have to try 1 pound a week and see how it goes I suppose

I have anemia but I take iron supplements for it...maybe I should up my cals and see how that goes.

Thought my dairy was open? 5'7 SW 230 CW 190 I still eat what I ate before. Just a lot less. More veggies and fruits. Iowa's eating around 2500 cals before I started counting.

I'm eating around 1300 cals a day. And I use to walk at least 2 miles a day and do yoga...now I just can't seem to do any of it.

I really lost track honestly...had about two weeks where I went up and down the same 5 pounds lol.

Honestly I think cheat days can help some. I had a bad week last week. 3 cheats n a row. I ate way to much and felt horrible. Then fresh start on Monday and I'm down 7 pounds already...you just have to log it and move on. It's a lifestyle. Your gonna have bad days/weeks but as long as you realize what your doing and get…

I pretty much eat whatever I want as long as it fits in my goals. But I've also been eating more fruits and a veggie with dinner. I always have a turkey sandwich for lunch lol dinner is just whatever I cook but smaller portions

101 days using mfp. First 20 came off pretty fast...slowed down after that. And with a few bad days in there as well

I started out small by cutting out soda and sweets...then after my first binge attack I added a small amount of chocolate a day to keep my sweet tooth at bay lol. Now I just stick with 1300 cals and walk. But I'm planning on slowly changing from walking to running here soon

I do 1350 calories a day. And as for exercise I mainly just walk when I can...will be adding more exercise soon. :)
