Sorry guys. This week has been extremely hectic. I had to work at an event and had to get up very early and got home fairly late. Ate dinner and then straight to bed. Nutrition this week was bad and no exercise. I hope to make up for it the next weeks. XXX

That is great. Thanks for making this board. How are you doing this weekend? Yesterday I ate too much but I will make today a good day. I was a bit disappointed because I expected more than a 1.8 lbs loss but I'm not discouraged. I'm determind to follow through.

Great job! Hang in there and don't compare yourself with anyone else. That is the great thing about running: you are trying to beat yourself. Everyone is so positive and supportive. Just be consistent with training and you will improve.

I was supposed to do 30 minutes today, but as I got really close to the 5K I didn't want to stop. I ran a 5k in 30.46 and I am thrilled about it! :smiley:
