0% or low-fat Greek yogurt. Its super healthy and has only 130-170 calories but 23 grams of protein!

Your not the only one who does this. Most people on diets, myself included binge every now and then. Dont skip lunch or go below 1200 calories the next day becouse that will slow down your metabolism. Just try to reach your goal and you'll be fine :smile:

I did ask the same question. I have had metabolism slow down problems in the past when I spent a week on a 1000 calorie a day diet and I'm worried it might happen again. Thanks for your answers!
