Last weigh in for May last night and put on 1.5lbs :( Was away last weekend so was expecting this!! So total for May was -5.5lbs leaving me at 142lbs which is still not too bad. Hope everyone else smashed their targets :)

I now do both but up until a few weeks ago I was only doing Slimming World and I struggled, I was up and down the same few lbs for months. I started back tracking calories a few weeks ago (while still sticking to the SW principles) and I have lost 7lbs in 3 weeks so I would say tracking is of utmost importance if you want…

Weighed in last night and super happy with my results, another 3.5lbs off, so that's over the 5lbs for the month already. Hopefully I can drop say another 3lbs before the end of May.

Ok thanks for the replies, I've had a few bad weeks food wise but always keep my exercise levels up so getting back into my tracking this week and hopefully the scales will start moving again, 9.5lbs to target :)
