I quite often sweeten my porridge with honey, but other times I will add some stewed fruit. I keep single serves frozen and ready to go.

@jakefitzgerald93 Uh no. Eating whatever suits the person is the best way. Everyone is different. Counting calories works for most Please excuse my ignorance but are you a lady that's trying to lose between 50 - 100lbs?
