My calorie goal is 1500. On fast days I do a quick add calories of 1000. This helps me see how many calories I've got left I'm too stingy to pay for premium

Thanks @dryheatfitness :) I survived my first fast day and today(Wednesday) is my second fast for the week. Today I feel more prepared and ready :)

Ooh that's a great idea. I've constantly got a drink bottle attached to me. I refill it about 6 times a day lol But yes exercising does dehydrate me. Maybe I should drink more Thank you :)

Today is my first fast day since restarting. I've got to work which is good. It'll keep me busy. Why did I have to wake up starving?? I had my regular breakfast protein shake and that'll do me until I have a little dinner tonight. Wish me luck guys!!!!

My alarm goes off at 4.15. Usually by 4.30 I'm at my gym warming up. On my rest days I'm up by about 5.

I get really hungry after lifting. Like ravenous. Sometimes I'm really hungry the next day as well. Is it possible to do both? Should I not lift on fast days?

Grrrrr it cut off half my post! What I was saying, was that now that I know how to weigh foods properly, I think I was majorly underestimating my logging. I'm worried that I won't be able to do a fast day properly.

Me!! I lift heavy 4-5 times a week! I'm 5' started at 180lbs, I'm down to about 165ish. Hoping to get to about 100ish but probably closer to 110

My tips? Read the announcements at the top. "getting started" "a guide to getting your sexy pants" Grab a cheapie food scale and weigh everything before eating it. Log everything. You can do this!!! Good luck op!!! :smiley:

40-38-44 They are my measurements. I'm 32, 5' and I'm 75kgs (165lbs) I'm slowly but surely shrinking. Does that help?

Results. Upping the kgs on the rack. Dropping kgs on the scale. Feeling my muscles get tighter. My bum getting perkier. Yep I'm totally superficial but meh it motivates me :smile:

Keep going! Build up your muscle strength so that next time he laughs at you, throw the dumbell at his head. He won't laugh at you again :wink: Seriously though, husbands (and wives I suppose) can be total buttheads. My husband used to laugh at me for getting up at 4 am to go to the gym. Now he's used to it.

I bench pressed 45kg this morning!!!!! I know it's not much compared to the huge amounts others do. But I've been stuck at 30 for ages.
