I find it hilarious that people ask me my secret and then when I say I count my calories by entering it into MFP, they tell me "oh no that's way too hard!"

I use lemon juice instead of salad dressing. Sliced up banana with milo sprinkled over it if I'm dying for something chocolate like.

My tip for when you eat peanut butter out of the jar? Put the jar on your scales. Tare it. Take out your spoonful. See what the negative grams are? Log it. My last spoonful of nutella was 7grams for example

^^^^ don't yell! It's rude!! My program is the ELMM (eat less move more) or CICO (calories in calories out) A huge amount of programs are fads that aren't sustainable in the long term

My friend used to sell it. It tastes really sickly sweet and in my humble opinion it didn't really work for her so I couldn't see why I would buy it. Save your money and buy a food scale

I want to be like you one day. You are such an amazing inspiration! I've still got a good 15 - 20 kilos to lose yet but I can feel myself getting stronger. I can squat my body weight from 10kgs ago and I'm almost at 65kg deadlift. I love it! It's so empowering!! Being fit rocks!!!

Lift!! It's empowering and it's great for us!!! I would suggest starting with a structured program and go from there. Stronglifts is awesome. There are heaps and heaps of threads on it. Just search for it on the top of the page of the community section :)

I do Pilates every Friday. It's not meditation but it's my relaxation and stretching time. I love stretching out after a long week. My mum used to go to a meditation class. I used to go with her sometimes. I miss that class

Oh I hear ya. If I could turn back time I think I would have told myself to stay away from all the take away foods and taught myself how to mealprep. You can do this! Moving in with a boyfriend is a major weight gainer. We get comfortable and life revolves around food. Well maybe that was just me lol.

I'm studying nursing atm. I go to school 3 days a week. Work 3 days a week. Then I meal prep and all my housework on my day off. I did the 24680 diet. I've been doing a 4 30am workout every second day for the last little while. I love it!! It's a great invigorating way to start the day. But yes it can get really really hard to get up at that hour. I put my phone away from the bed so I have to actually turn the alarm off lol :lol:

I've got my left thigh tattooed. I've lost almost 9cm off each thigh. So far the tattoo has done well. Actually it seems to have grown I know it hasn't lol.
