Sigh, I've missed almost a week of weight sessions. The three weeks before that have been very sporadic. This was due to an insane work/study/kids schedule. Tomorrow I'm back to it starting at 4.30am. It's gonna hurt

Juice a lemon and add a good teaspoon of garlic. Marinade the lamb in this for about half an hour. Cook in a hot frypan till it's about medium rare. Slice it up and serve over a tossed salad. Squeeze some lemon juice over the salad as a dressing. yuuuuuum

Yep I'm another working studying mummy. It's so hard! I get up at 4am and I'm at the gym at 4.30. Then after an hour I go home, get the kids up and ready for school. I study three days a week and work the other four.

That's because Aussie steak is the best in the world :) Lamb steak, I marinade in lemon juice and garlic for about half an hour before cooking. Mmmmm yummmm Beef though, nah it's flavour is enough. I don't need to add anything to it

I drag the bench around to get it in the right position in the power cage. I'll randomly sing a line to my music. But I'm wearing headphones so I probably look a bit weird. I count my reps out loud lol. But I do weird things no matter where I am lol.

Are you able to book in with a personal trainer or a physiotherapist? They may be able to spot the problem, work out why it happens and how to avoid it. Unfortunately without a video, it's going to be a bit tricky for most people to help you with your form
