I tried on a dress today. It was too big! So I asked the lady if she could swap my 14 for a 12. She laughed and said I've already got the 12. So she grabbed me a 10. It fits! Actually it's still a bit big. But it's a nice dress and they didn't have any 8's. Awesome nsv!!!!!

I haven't fasted a while. I think I am going to start again. I used to make my fast days rest days. I used to have a small breakfast and eat the rest of my calories for dinner.

You can't out exercise a bad diet. But yes deffo lift weights so long as you follow one of the programs listed above. Good luck op!!!!!

^^^ yep I'm sure of it too. I'm copping lots of crap with my weight loss at work too. Except my workmates all think I'm hiding my secret to weight loss (mfp eat less move more) and "i won't share it!" Lmfao chicks are bìtches when it comes to weight loss. Congrats on all your hard work!!!

I go to the gym at 4.30am every second day. This is the perfect time for me because I'm lazy and would otherwise spend all day procrastinating about going. However my good friend can't imagine ever going in before noon. The best time for you to go is whatever time suits you and your life.

It's 6.45 on Saturday morning and I've already done my workout for the day :) Now I can have all day to enjoy the glorious weather and hang out with the kids. Plus starting the day off with an endorphin rush is awesome!!!

My younger sister has the grumps with me because she's my little sister and has always been "littler" compared to me her fat sister. Now that I've almost reached her weight and will keep getting lighter she is feeling a bit cranky. I'm almost 12cm shorter than her. So we're kinda swapping roles.
