I started this year at 82kgs this morning I'm down to 69.5kgs I'm 5'1" and I eat 1500 calories ish a day. What are your stats lovie? For example, I'm 156cm and currently weigh 69.5kgs I've lost 12kgs so far this year by being awesome and WEIGHING EVERYTHING on a good scale. Then logging it. Keeping track helps me work out what i need to eat. If we know what your stats are, we can help you out a lot more :)

Hi! I'm 31. 5'1 Starting weight 180lbs (82kgs) Current weight 154lbs (70.2kgs) I eat about 1500 calories per day I lift weights 3-4 days a week. I try to eat loads of protein too. But I still eat ice cream every so often, I just make it fit into my calories :)
