I guess it depends which kind of asian maybe, i am chinese/indonesian descent and we eat alot of meat and although pork is my fav i have stopped with pork for a while now, chickenbreast and fish mostly, i have no clue how tofu taste but for you i will try it sometime :)

I only drink a expresso once a week and then i cheat with 2 sugar cubes and a bit of milk but besides that i dont drink coffee, alot of tea though

I thought it was about 90 min of jogging but its about strenght training? Yeah strenght training a hrm doesnt work, there are hrm out there that actually can calculate for strenght training but they are mad expensive.

I like your idea but what keeps me going, i have no idea, i dont have children,familie or friends left, i guess what keeps me going is that i quit a 100 times before and its a just a waste of energy everytime and this time i dont want to throw it away again.

i buy alot at aldi, salmon, normal olive oil and extra verge, biological coconut oil, chicken and turkey breast, other fish, my fruit, most of my veggies, 85% chocolat bars, unsalted almond&cashew nuts, brown rice, tuna in a can, skim milk, some teas... Damn i buy alot there :#

Doesnt matter what time you eat as long as you reach your target. I keep it going every 2,5/3h for better metabolism

well i doubt its under 300 after 90 min, i burn around 400-600 in 45-60min and that is with a hrm adjusted to my stats.
