My experience is that its hard to maintain such stats afters just a week but nevertheless take me hat off for you sir cuz i hate cycling long distances so i know how hard it is but then again i am currently doing T25 and insanity max30 and hate those too :D

23st9lb is 150,14kg or 331lbs Cycling 15miles of the bat like that seems a bit much to start with but hey, if you think you can keep it up, have fun with it

Meh, Special K has no fibers, i am stick with pure oatmeal, skim milk and goji berries, cheap and healthy, great for weightloss. Taste of oatmeal is blend but i dont care about taste :)

As it happens to be i got a punching bag too, just havent got the money atm to buy a wall mount but will deffo hang it when i can. But as i said, i meant cardio/hiit workouts with punch and kick elements, not a workout that teaches a certain style :)
