I'm a big fan of MusclePharm Combat. The flavors are on point and everything mixes super well.

It has fruit so it's automatically healthy!! Just like the yogurts that have the cookie pieces :smiley:

Go for it!! My wife had a goal a while back that she was going to do a pin-up shoot for me and she really focused on diet and exercise and she lost a bunch of inches and weight and really felt great. After, she ended up going back to her old habits, though. Keep setting goals for yourself and stay focused!

Pirates are always cool. Wife and I did that before...also cop and convict (I was in handcuffs and she did makeup that made me look like the beat the heck out of me).

I've ended up overindulging on vacation....but when I've gone to parties and cookouts, I've just had to restrain myself and show willpower. That's really been it for me.

Im afraid of doing the same thing when I go on vacation- just enjoying myself for that week while im there.
