I like to watch videos while I workout which is usually in my living room. The videos keep me from thinking too hard about what I'm doing.

I eat Greek yogurt. I don't have an orchard but I do eat lots of fruit. I eat some form of turkey burgers every week, sometimes two or three times. Whole grain pasta bc I just have to have pasta. And I like pesto as well. Awesome!

Trying to stay within my goals for total amount of fat and sugar consumed in one day. With fruits having sugar in them it's hard.
