I'm not a mom but I have similar goals as you do. I start at 225lbs too and now after a month I lost 20 pounds. I welcome new friends so feel free to add me.

Sure no problems. Try your best not to over eat. That's my main advise. Exercise is an option if you have the time.

Same here. I am having my exams and I stress eat. I try to stay under my calorie goal but not exercise. Study and eat good food. That's all really.

Thanks. Yes I am knew to dieting and I know have quite a lot to lose. First time dieting ever. Lol Will definitely take your advice and eat above the minimum. Maybe 1500cal? Thanks

I should eat up to 1900 cal but lately I only get around 1200. I've eaten less on certain days and that's probably when I get them.

I looked it up and its because I'm not eating enough gonna try 1500 cal instead of 1200. It only happens when I exercise and eat very little.

I only asked as I started getting them when I started dieting. Never before did I have this issue. I check with the doc tomorrow.
