Hi there. I'm on Lexapro and it's affecting my ability to lose weight. Does anyone have any tips to lose weight or make it easier to stop eating lots of food or ignore hunger pangs. Please any advice would be great.

What was your 'I need to lose weight' moment?
Hi just want to see what was the moment you thought dieting and exercise is important for your health. The steps you took to get healthy. Mine was when I hit 101.3kg on the scale with 54% body fat. (Lol more than half of me was fat.) I'm now 87.3kg and feeling like brand new baby.

does anyone else get heart palpitations while dieting?
I get heart palpitation when I sleep. I am quite hungry at night as I used to snack crazy but now I have stopped. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks mfp community.
