Going to start by making it through today with no sweets. For me that mostly means no soda or chocolate. And also getting back on track with calorie counting and getting up early tomorrow for kickboxing.

I'm in. I need to lose 60lbs. I know what I need to do to get there but it's all a matter of willpower and motivation for me. Keep getting depressed and having to start over. Feel free to add me.

I'm going to give it a go. :) I'm having a really hard time knocking out the soda so maybe this challenge will help with that. I usually eat on the go and if I forget my protein bar I'll probably break the no fast food rule, but I'll try to opt for a salad or something instead. Good luck! :smiley:

I've always been a horrible runner, but then someone got me into signing up for 5ks as a motivation. There are some fun ones. Since then I've been using apps to work myself towards them. I use couch to 5k. It tells you when to walk and when to run and you do it three days a week. My problem was that I used to start off too…

32 years old 5'5 Hw: 165 Lw: 103 (long time ago lol) Cw: 156 Goal: 125 (or a much smaller waist) I've been better about working out. I just got to where I can run now finally. If I can eat better I'll probably start making progress.
