Favourite Breakfast: Smoked salmon whole wheat bagel or fruit salad with a Greek yoghurt. Favourite lunch: fish mostly basa fillets with mixed vegetables or tagliatelle depending on how carb rich my breakfast is. Favourite dinner spring vegetable soup. I eat a lot of fish in my diet.
