Yeah I know it's impossible to burn 6 lbs of fat in 3 days while I was in bed sleeping for 18 hours. I would of had to of burned over 7,000 calories a day I'm guessing a pound of fat loss and 5 pounds from water loss and my digestive track being completely empty

Calorie wise I did terrible but I had a good time with friends I have not seen in awhile.

I eat There is no reason to be so Hungry your in pain. I find if I really want something and I can't stop focusing on it that eating a small amount of it is enough to get it out of my system and then I can move on

I usually eat around 1300 a day but for me it's usually is a lot of veggies. Like 4 oz of chicken and 10 oz of veggies I like it keep my breakfast and lunch around 200-300 calories each because I'm not usually very hungry during the day but enjoy making a large dinner for my family

I bought a pair of pants that I dident bother to try on because they looked so huge there was no way they wouldn't fit. Well I went to put them on a few days later and... They dident fit. I lost 21 lbs now and they will button but are still tight but will fit great when I go back to work in August

I've lost one one hip but not the other. One one side the little fat role I had is gone now but it's still there on the right side. Lol. Hopefully it evens out soon

Yes but most people would recommend only eating half of them because Fitbit tends to overestimate the calories burned
